2. Customs and fees outside EU 
Ordering items to non EU based countries might bring some extra costs according to your country laws. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

2.1 Shipping costs are not refundable. If order was not shipped yet but needs a change (product, size, address, incorrect order), shipping fee is taken as reprocessing fee! 

3. WESLAV OBLIGATIONS, RESPONSIBILITY, FEES

a) WESLAV is obligated to fulfill all orders in up to 14 work days (except for pre orders where specific timeline is provided) and provide tracking number for shipped package. (Work days Mon-Fri)
b) WESLAV does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, returned, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.
c) PROCESSING FEE some items mostly limited editions and special offers, for example ushankas, special edition zip hoodies etc. needs to be ordered separately from other items. In case of incorrect order placement 7€ processing fee will be charged! WESLAV is obligated to clearly write order rules, fees for incorrect orders and timeline in first two points of description

4. RETURNS; 

The items on the store are produced on demand in Czech Republic. Please note that all purchases are final sale, which means that they can not be returned for a refund or exchanged. Once shipped additional changes of sizes and shipping address cant be made so make sure once order is placed everything is correct. By ordering you automatically agree to this terms. 

Returned packages; please always double check your shipping address and cart contents before finalizing your order! I case you do not pick up your package or provide wrong address postal service reserves right to return packages in up to 90days! Once we receive package you will be contacted via provided e-mail and additional shipping and handling fee will be applied before reshipping! (starts at 5.50€). In case that returned shipment never reaches us we can not be held responsible(incorrect shipping information). 
In case of already placed order that contains wrong address or items please contact us; please note that in some cases we might not reach deadline for changes.
